Deepen your capacity for intimate relationship with yourself and with others, learn to listen to your body more deeply than ever before, and engage with the bio-intelligence of your system in this unique class. We will explore movement sequences and perceptual exercises from Continuum moving inquiry, a sound and healing practice that amplifies the fluid intelligence of your body and builds creativity, fluidity, and nourishment in your tissues. We will also work with perceptual exercises, partner work, and sensate meditations from the practice of Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy, which magnify your relationship to health, metabolize long-held patterns in your body and psyche, and relax your nervous system.
