Begin the New Year by engaging your creative blocks and challenges and amplifying your creative health in this unique workshop series.  Whether your passion lies in the realm of art, writing, health, music, or entrepreneurship, learn to use your own creative process as a fulcrum for personal growth and deeper intimacy with yourself. In this workshop you will learn how to orient to the health of your creative process, engaging with creative symptoms, such as procrastination, blocks, isolation, disorientation, avoidance, and a sense of inauthenticity, as expressions of a deeper embodied process of creativity. When viewed from a process perspective, these issues can be experienced within the context of a sequence of unfolding that has integrity and potency and that can be felt tangibly in our bodies. You will learn subtle, fluid movement practices, drawn from Continuum movement, that are specifically designed to work with the embodied and phenomenological foundations of creative development. Through embodiment process work, writing exercises, and inquiry, you will receive specific feedback about your own creative challenges and strengths and techniques for working through these issues in ways that are meaningful to you personally. By delving into creativity as an embodied process, we will repair creative sequencing issues that will ultimately impact the form of your creative work, as well as your relationship to that work.  This is a four-week workshop series. Each week we will explore a different principle of creative process. The Introductory session on Jan. 7 is free and open to all who are interested in learning about this work.
